The first consultation may last up to an hour and a half (cost is per session, not per hour), with follow-up appointments lasting up to an hour. The number and frequency of sessions will vary according to your own requirements. For children 10 years and under, consultations will be shorter. For herbal medicine, a detailed case history will be taken covering current and previous health as well as diet and lifestyle. A prescription will then be made, suited to your individual needs, usually made up from Lorraine’s own pharmacy. It is helpful to have information about any medication that you may be taking.
Herbal Medicine:
The initial consultation will last up to one and a half hours, during which a detailed case history will be taken, discussing health, life-style and diet. The cost is £45 plus medicine, which runs in the region of £7 to £8 per week. The follow-up consultations are shorter, lasting about 45 minutes to an hour, and cost £30 plus medicine. The number of follow-ups that are needed varies from person to person, and telephone consultations are available for established patients.
Hypnotherapy:
The first consultation will last up to one and a half hours and will cost £75. Any follow-up consultations that are needed will last up to an hour and will cost £50.
Reiki/Healing and visualisation:
Reiki and Healing are relaxing, refreshing, and restoring to our energies, as well as giving our immune systems a boost. Helping us to cope more easily with the stresses of life, to recover from illness, or simply for a welcome rest and top up, the universal life energy of reiki and healing can play a part in returning us to balance and harmony once again.
Consultations usually last about an hour, although the first one may be slightly longer. The cost for all consultations is £45.
Bach Flower Remedies:
The first consultation is usually between 30 and 45 minutes and costs £40 which includes a remedy bottle. Follow-up consultations are 30 minutes and cost £25, also inclusive of remedy.
