Bach Flower Remedies:
These remedies were discovered by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1920s and 30s and are derived from the flowers of various plants, some of them trees. During his work with conventional medicine, and the experience of his own illness, Dr. Bach came increasingly to believe that unhappiness and fear played an important role in issues of health. The Bach Flower Remedies work on our emotional levels and can help restore us to a balanced inner harmony with positive life-enhancing effects. They can be used singly or in combination, and are quite safe for all ages and conditions.

Stress Care
Stress can sometimes have a profound effect on our lives, influencing our sleep, energy, outlook, general health, and even what we eat or drink. But by reconsidering some of the ways we might vary our reactions to whatever life throws at us, and by helping ourselves through the choices we make, we can rediscover the art of responding creatively to difficult situations. Practising simple visualisation or breathing techniques, using herbs or flower remedies, we can restore or maintain our sense of well-being and our enjoyment of life.

To see a World in a grain of sand,
And a Heaven in a wild flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand,
And Eternity in an hour.
